The Issue Hygiene Report Widget shows a list of your Hygiene misses in the designated timeframe

The Issue Hygiene Report Widget shows a list of your Hygiene misses in the designated timeframe. Each hygiene miss is tallied against a score of 100. Having a score of 100 indicates that no tickets were submitted with missing hygiene points.
Scores are calculated using the following formula:
Note: Before adding this widget to a insight, be sure to configure any Custom Hygiene Misses in your Integration section.
Filters: Filters can be left blank, or filtered down to desired ticket type or timeframe.
Weights: Each Hygiene Criteria has an associated weight. A lower weight will have less impact on the overall score, while a higher weight will have a larger impact on the overall score. The total of all weights should be equal to 100.
Settings: Choose your issue management system.
Active Sprint Hygiene Configure the widget to show only current sprint that your team is on. Click Filter > Sprint > Check off Includes Active Sprints Only.
Insight Timeframe Hygiene Configure the widget to display the Hygiene score of all tickets created in the selected Insight Time Frame. To do this, click Filter > Issue Created In > Select Use Insight Time.
Issue In Progress Hygiene Configure the widget to display the Hygiene score of all tickets that are currently In-Progress. To do this, click Filter > Status > Select the statuses that reflect your active tickets.
Issues in Backlog Hygiene Configure the widget to display the Hygiene score of all tickets that are currently in your backlog. To do this, click Filter > Status > Select the statuses that reflect your backlog tickets.
The Issue Hygiene Report is most often used in conjunction with the Issue Hygiene Trend Report, to show a history of your Hygiene scores.
