There is a limitation with the legacy SEI application ( domain) where authentication using OAuth is not supported. In this case, you need to log in to the domain using password credentials. OAuth will work with the domain.

If you are using Single Sign-On (SSO), you will always get redirected to the old domain due to limitations with the SSO implementation. In this scenario, you have two options:

  1. Use your Password credentials for authentication.

  2. Use an Api key instead of OAuth.
