Allowlist SEI domains and IPs

SEI SaaS only need outbound access to the SEI domain name (typically app.propelo.io)

There is a limitation with the legacy SEI application (levelops.io domain) where authentication using OAuth is not supported. In this case, you need to log in to the propelo.ai domain using password credentials. OAuth will work with the propelo.ai domain.

If you are using Single Sign-On (SSO), you will always get redirected to the old domain due to limitations with the SSO implementation. In this scenario, you have two options:

1. Use your Password credentials for authentication.

2. Use an Api key instead of OAuth.

IP Allowlisting

If needed, you can allowlist the following IP addresses for incoming traffic. However, please note that SEI does not guarantee static IPs for incoming traffic.

eu1.app.propelo.ai (currently 34.77.107.9)

Outgoing

SEI provides a set of static outgoing IP addresses that its SaaS components leverage to access the user's data. The set of IPs per region is given below:

US: 104.197.156.165
EMEA: 34.140.142.42
